Eyewear Outfitters stands behind our products and offers a limited lifetime guarantee that is the best in the industry. All Eyewear Outfitters sunglasses (Yes, Eyewear Outfitters prescription Rx glasses are included too!) are warranted for life against defects in materials or workmanship. Eyewear Outfitters will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Eyewear Outfitters sunglasses found to be defective due to materials or workmanship.
Eyewear Outfitters' limited lifetime guarantee is extended only to the original purchaser of the products. It does not cover scratched lenses, accidental damage, abuse or other non-workmanship/materials related defects. Please ship your return using a method that allows for you to insure and track the package. Eyewear Outfitters is not responsible for shipping costs and cannot be responsible for lost packages.
In the event that your sunglasses are damaged as a result of any conditions that fall outside of Eyewear Outfitter's lifetime guarantee, Eyewear Outfitters may be able to repair your sunglasses. We strive to provide this service as economically as possible. Depending on the extent of the repair, costs can range from $34.95 to $74.95 (Rx repairs may incur additional charges). For complete peace of mind, we strongly recommend you consider purchasing our product protection insurance.
Proof of purchase from Eyewear Outfitters or an authorized dealer is required. Any alteration to your Eyewear Outfitters sunglasses void this warranty.
Before returning your sunglasses, please contact Eyewear Outfitters for a Return Authorization Number.

Eyewear Outfitters' sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to such repair or replacement. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The remedy for violations of this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product pursuant to the terms and conditions herein. Eyewear Outfitters shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever. The warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary based upon location.
